Electrocardiography Services

An ECG, or EKG is an abbreviation for Electrocardiogram. With an ECG we can visibly see the electrical functioning of the heart. These electrical signals can be measured and changes noted in order to help up identify certain abnormalities of the heart. In combination with a referral or in house ultrasound assessment , we can fully evaluate, diagnose, and design a treatment plan for your pet. If necessary we will be forwarding your Pet’s ECG and Heart Ultrasound readings through a phone line to IDEXX telecardiology services for a specialist input.
